Site preparation
The project site must be cleared where the project will begin.
At the start of construction activities, it will be necessary to remove the solid waste found on the land, in order to eliminate harmful fauna or its proliferation.

Structure
Based on the results of soil mechanics studies, civil engineers specializing in structures will calculate the dimensions of the footings, the depth of foundation, and the superelevation.
Just as the foundation is calculated, the depths of slabs and beams and column sections will be calculated for each of the floors that make up the described property.
The characteristics and strength of the concrete will be in accordance with the structural engineer’s specifications. For this type of construction, the concrete will have a compressive strength of fc = 250 kg/cm², and the steel will have the following characteristics: fy = 4200 kg/cm².
The floor slabs will be made of lightweight concrete, either with hollow blocks or polystyrene blocks, also known as dry ice blocks.
Masonry
In this process, exterior walls will be constructed immediately after the slab pouring process, which will be done with solid bricks from the region, approximately 11-14-28 cm in size, with a minimum resistance of 50 kg/cm² per square meter.
The plastering will be done with cement mortar and river sand in a 1:5 ratio.
The cement fines will be placed as a base for the lower placement of porcelain or marble tiles.

In hotel construction, all hydraulic, electrical, and sanitary installations will be provided in the necessary spaces and will run down through ducts specifically designed for the evacuation or supply of the different networks; the respective materials will vary, being copper, hydraulic or sanitary PVC; their different diameters will be suitable according to an engineering study and will depend on the type of installation.

The system consists of a vertical branch system, a horizontal branch system, and a sanitary ventilation network.
Vertical branches composed of vertical downpipes located one per installation duct, which receive the demands of the rooms.
Horizontal branches composed of main branches that cover the demands of the ground floor in the event halls and in the public areas; which discharge into the exterior registers.
Sanitary ventilation system is formed in the vertical downpipes starting at the first levels, connecting to the downpipes at 45 degrees continuing in its vertical section connecting with the vents of the rooms connecting again every two levels finally ending on the roof together with the sewage downpipes, the sanitary ventilation in the horizontal branches connects in groups of toilets to then connect to the outside.
Sanitary Ventilation Network:
The general sanitary ventilation network consists of columns in rooms and horizontal branches in service areas and event hall restrooms.
The branch begins in the standard columns on the ground floor, connected to the wastewater downpipe. Each column connects via the service duct to restrooms and also to the wastewater downpipe every two levels to create a double ventilation effect. The service and restroom branches terminate on the ground floor roof.

Hydraulic installations
The system consists of a cold water network, a hot water network, and a hot water return.
The cold water network and system consists of a main branch that starts at the hydropneumatic pumping system and feeds the roof through a main column. The system branches to each of the installation ducts for room supplies with flow direction from the roof to the first floor.
In addition, the system has another branch that feeds the public area services on the ground floor.
The hot water network system consists of a main branch similar to that of the cold water system, with the same direction and distribution, fed by generation from the machine house where the hot water tank is located.
The hot water return system consists of a branch located in the ceiling of the ground floor, and connects to all the hot water columns located in the ducts towards the machine room where the water heater is located. The system also has another branch that connects to the hot water returns of the public areas.

Hydropneumatic equipment
The pumping system will consist of three pumps, each with a flow rate of 35% of the total flow rate, and a jockey pump with a flow rate of 20% of the total flow rate, for a maximum pressure of 70 psi at shutdown and 55 psi at startup. It will also include a 119-gallon pre-charged pressure tank.
Each pump in the pumping system will have a flow rate of 100 gpm, a total dynamic head of 163 ft, and will be directly coupled to a 7.5 hp, 3-phase, 220 volts, 350 rpm, 60 Hz electric motor. The jockey pump will have a flow rate of 58 gpm, a total dynamic head of 163 ft, and will be directly coupled to a 5 hp, 3-phase, 220 volts, 60 Hz, 350 rpm electric motor.
Accessories will include a 119-gallon pre-charged tank, a control panel for the automatic start and stop of the four pumps (which includes a thermal-magnetic circuit breaker, a high-capacity starter, low-water-level protection with three-position selector switches, pilot lights on the door, a pressure switch, a pressure gauge, and electronic level indicators).
The system will be based on two cisterns: one for raw water with a capacity of 407 cubic meters and another for treated water intended solely for drinking water consumption.
Carpentry and Furniture:
All doors and furniture will be manufactured and installed according to construction standards.
Aluminum and Glass:
6-millimeter thick glass and hurricane-resistant exterior windows are specified.
Floors
It will be made of ceramic, marble in public areas.
Fire protection systems
It will have smoke detectors, automatic sprinklers and hydrant systems.
The hydrant system will have an 80hp diesel engine fire pump and an electric pressure pump with a 2hp electric motor.
Exteriors
The parking area and roads will have asphalt or stamped concrete flooring.
The exterior of the building will have garden areas where native ornamental plants from the region will be used.
